چکیده
Biosurfactants were found to be a suitable candidate for environment clean-up and as an alternative conventional treatment systems. In the present study, polyaromatic hydrocarbon degrading organism Bacillus halotolerans was screened its ability produce biosurfactant during degradation. The bio-surfactant activity of by using various methods like oil spreading technique, emulsification assay, foam height analysis parafilm-M test. design expert software used optimize conditions production biosurfactants. optimum determined pH 6, Chrysene-100 ppm, nitrogen source -1000 ppm at 144 hrs experiments. showed good degradation capacity maximum growth achieved in 6 days. Biosurfactant obtained from biodegradation medium confirmed lipopeptide TLC, FTIR GCMS.

Biosurfactant production from marine bacteria associated with sponge Callyspongia diffusa
Marine-derived biosurfactants have gained significant attention due to their structural and functional diversity. Biosurfactant production was performed using bacteria associated with Callyspongia diffusa, a marine sponge inhabiting the southern coast of India. A total of 101 sponge-associated bacteria were isolated on different media, of which 29 isolates showed positive result for biosurfacta...

Improving the Nutritional Value of Ziziphus Spina-Christi using Degrading Bacteria Isolated from the Rumen
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Tannins have many limiting effects on consumption, nutrient digestion, growth and performance, palatability. There are many plants and by-products that are limited in animal feed due to the high content of anti-nutritional compounds such as tannins. The use of methods that can reduce the amount of these compounds will allow their use in animal feed...
متن کاملBiosurfactant production by a newly isolated soft coral-associated marine Bacillus sp.E34: Statistical optimization and characterization
Marine biosurfactant-producing bacteria were isolated from the soft coral Sarchophyton glaucum collected from Red sea. The main criteria used for screening of biosurfactant producers were haemolytic activity, dropcollapse, oil displacement and emulsification index. Based on phenotypic characterization and analysis of 16S rDNA sequencing the most potent isolate was identified as Bacillus sp.E34....
متن کاملScreening and identification of biosurfactant producing marine bacteria from the Caspian Sea
Marine microorganisms have unique physiological properties and novel metabolites such as biosurfactant to live in extreme habitats (e.g. oil polluted environment). The aim of this study was to characterize some biosurfactant-producing bacteria collected from sediment and seawater samples from the Caspian Sea. These bacteria were isolated using enrichment method in ONR7a medium with crude oil as...
